KENT, Ohio (WJW) – An unusual bird that has become a local celebrity in Kent over the past few months was gifted a more permanent home in the city.
The owner of Jason’s Barber Shop on E. Erie Street first spotted the unique pigeon with shimmering green and purple tinted black and white feathers outside his shop.
