I-Team: Charges dropped, accused killer found to be battered woman

CLEVELAND (WJW) — The FOX 8 I-Team has found a local woman charged with murder was set free after she was declared a victim of Battered Woman Syndrome.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutors ultimately considered the killing in this trial self-defense due to a pattern of domestic abuse.
