CLEVELAND, Ohio — Temperatures will drop and the humidity will ease Monday in Northeast Ohio, creating conditions for a very pleasant day. The National Weather Service is predicting sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s. Sleeping conditions will be ideal Monday night — temps will drop to the low 60s and skies will be clear.
