CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The man accused of fatally shooting a man and hurting a teenager in a shooting at Euclid Beach Park was arraigned in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Friday morning.
The deadly shooting happened at Euclid Beach Park after midnight on July 3, after the park was closed to the public.
