Three new projects in Ohio will create more than 1,200 jobs, retain another 700 and generate $65 million in new payroll in the Akron, Columbus and Cincinnati regions.
Gov. Mike DeWine, Lt. Gov. Jim Tressel and Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik announced the approval of the three projects in a July 28 press release after the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) reviewed economic development proposals brought to the board by JobsOhio and its regional partners.
The projects are expected to generate more than $13 million in investments across the state. Here’s a look at the three projects and where they will be located.
