CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – One of two suspects accused in the murder of Cleveland college student Brandon Cartellone, appeared in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday.
Cartellone was brutally murdered inside his Tremont apartment on July 26, 2011.
