CUYAHOGA FALL, Ohio – The tour’s title is a query, “Where The Party At?”
The answer on a balmy Tuesday evening was Blossom Music Center, as a quartet of turn-of-the-century hip-hop stars Nelly, Eve, Ja Rule and Chingy gave an age-eclectic, ready-to-party crowd most of the hits they wanted, turning the venerated amphitheater into a mainstream Hip Hop Time Machine for a few booty-shaking hours.
All the artists on the bill are safely ensconced in legacy mode with only headliner Nelly bothering to release an album this decade. That album was “Heartland,” the star-studded country-rap recording no one was waiting for, released back in 2021…
