HOWLAND, Ohio (WKBN) — Over a month after the deadly plane crash in Howland, we’re getting our first look at the response from emergency crews on scene.
Body camera video from the Ohio State Highway Patrol shows crews responding to the scene on June 29, where the Cessna 441 crashed just before 7 a.m. between Spring Run Road and King Graves Road NE, two miles from the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna.
