AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – The Akron Police Department is looking for a suspected shooter in an overnight incident.
According to a news release from the department, officers responded to West Market Street and South Portage Path just before 1:30 a.m. for a report of shots fired.

According to police, when officers arrived on scene, they found two men, 31 and 46 years old, had been shot.
Police said both were transported to a hospital and are expected to survive.
