Worker who created ‘kill switch’ on Ohio employer’s computer system sentenced

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKBN) – A man who worked for a company in Beachwood and was convicted of sabotaging his employer’s computer system was sentenced Thursday.

Davis Lu, 55, of Houston, was sentenced to four years in prison and three years of supervised release for writing and deploying malicious code on his then-employer’s network.
