LARAMIE — The Wyoming Cowboys officially wrapped up fall camp earlier this week and have their sights set on next Thursday night and an opening-night matchup with the Akron Zips.
This will be the Cowboys first trip to Ohio since playing at Bowling Green in 2011.

Head coach Jay Sawvel met with the media on Friday in his first game week press conference of the season:
“It is time. I’m excited to go out and see this group play and compete,” the second-year head coach said. “We expect that we are going to have to go on the road and play well. That is the expectation we have, internally. It is a big deal for us to get started.”…
