Unauthorized use of a vehicle, Marks Road
A woman called police Aug. 4 to report her son borrowed her car Aug. 1, presumably for “a couple days” and had not yet returned it. She said she tried to contact her son, but he had not answered his phone. The Flock camera system located the car in several Cuyahoga County neighborhoods, and Cleveland Police pulled the vehicle over at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 5.
