CLEVELAND — Gas prices have surged in Cleveland over the last week.
New data released by GasBuddy early Monday shows Cleveland’s average is now $3.37 per gallon after rising 31.3 cents. Prices are now 22.4 cents higher than a month ago and 14.6 cents higher than a year ago.
