DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — On Monday afternoon, 50-year-old John Armstrong, who had two warrants out for his arrest, was found by law enforcement in West Dayton. Dayton 24/7 Now has learned more about his criminal history and what his warrants say he was wanted for.
Armstrong was located in the 3600 block of Delphos Avenue on Monday.
U.S. Marshals said Armstrong fired at least one shot as they approached the residence he was in. Local law enforcement, including the Dayton Police Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, assisted, and Armstrong was arrested with no one being hurt in the process…
