UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – University Heights Mayor Michael Dylan Brennan thanked the Shaker Heights Police for apprehending a man accused of causing damage to property with bullets during “target practice.”
According to a social media post, a man engaged in target practice in his backyard with a firearm, and the bullet damaged a property on Hadleigh Road in University Heights.
