Trial continued for man accused of killing Northeast Ohio rapper

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The trial for the 25-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a Northeast Ohio rapper, was scheduled to begin Tuesday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas; however, it was continued at the defendant’s request. No new date has been scheduled.

Devon Jones is facing a number of charges, including, aggravated murder, murder, involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, and aggravated robbery in connection with the killing of Carlos Banks, 28.
