CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The driver who struck two Cleveland Water Department employees while they were repairing a water main break, pleaded guilty in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
Lorenzo Martin pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular assault and one count of failure to stop after an accident.
