AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – The Akron Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened outside a local vape shop.
According to police, officers responded to Vapes ‘R’ Us in the 1500 block of South Hawkins Avenue around 4:45 p.m. on Saturday.

Officers found a 23-year-old man who had been shot in the leg.
