Bond continued as suspect charged in shooting that injured 6 in Cleveland’s Flats East Bank awaits grand jury decision

CLEVELAND — Savone Robinson, the 21-year-old man facing charges in connection with a shooting in Cleveland’s Flats East Bank entertainment district that left six people injured, appeared for an initial hearing in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Friday.

Robinson’s $100,000 bond was continued. Judge William Vodrey stated that Robinson’s case has yet to be presented to the grand jury, but it would “happen in due course.”

Earlier this week, Robinson was charged in Cleveland Municipal Court with discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and aggravated riot. He was given a $100,000 bond…
