CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 30-year-old Canton man faces 22 drug-related counts and specifications in an indictment handed up by a Stark County grand jury last week.
Rashawn Phillips was arrested following a drug raid by the county sheriff’s office, Canton police and Medway Drug Enforcement agents at a home on Dorothy Avenue near 26th Street NE last month.
