BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – A Northeast Ohio man who was caught on video abusing his dog was sentenced to prison on Tuesday.
Devonta Staten was sentenced to six months in prison for the attack, which was captured on a security camera this past spring.
