OHIO — A driver is still on the run after leading Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers on a chase that ended in a crash early Friday morning.
According to troopers, the pursuit began around 2:37 a.m. when officers from the Medina Post attempted to stop a Volkswagen Atlas for speeding on I-71, just south of State Route 82 in Brunswick. The driver refused to stop and continued north on I-71, exiting at W. 130th Street in Cleveland.
From there, the driver entered I-90 but soon crashed into a concrete curb after exiting at West Boulevard. Troopers said the suspect then fled on foot…
