TOLEDO, Ohio — A 20-year-old man from Medina, Ohio has been arrested after allegedly making terroristic threats towards the University of Toledo back in August.
According to court records, Salvatore Caster is accused of posting threatening messages on the University of Toledo Pharmacy Instagram page. Detectives stated that the comments generated significant concern among university staff, students and visitors who observed them.
