A Minnesota-based health care real estate firm has purchased the Cleveland Clinic’s urgent care facility in Massillon for $4.85 million.
MedCraft made the purchases with a limited liability company named FG MC II Massillon, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office. The Massillon facility is at 2935 Lincoln Way W.
