BEDFORD, Ohio (WOIO) – A Bedford woman last seen in September was found safe in Toledo on Wednesday.
According to Bedford Police, the woman who was last seen on Sept. 22 in Cleveland Heights was found safe in Toledo and is being reunited with her family.
