YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A Medina man was arraigned in Judge Sweeney’s court on charges of grand theft Monday morning.
According to the indictment, Clay Krcal deprived someone of property or services between the value of $7,500 and $150,000 in November 2020.
