GREEN, Ohio (WJW) – A historic farm in the City of Green has sold at auction.
According to KIKO Auctions, the 27+ acre Crouse Family Farm, which sits just off S. Main Street, features more than 1,700 feet of lake frontage and sold for $3,103,638.

According to KIKO Realtor and Auctioneer Brooks Ames, 25 registered bidders took part in the Wednesday, Nov. 12, auction “plus more online.”
It wasn’t immediately clear who purchased the farm — or what future plans may be in store for what KIKO called “one of the most amazing pieces of land on Portage Lakes.”
FOX 8 reached out to the City of Green’s Director of Planning, who said, so far, the buyer has not contacted the city, and city developers have not seen any type of proposal…
