CLEVELAND, Ohio — Seven area hospitals — including four Cleveland Clinic and three University Hospitals medical centers – earned A grades in the Leapfrog Group’s fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grade.
The Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit watchdog organization, assigns letter grades twice a year to hospitals, based on over 30 measures that track errors, accidents, injuries, infections, and preventive systems in place.
