Multiple sobriety checkpoints planned for part of Ohio next week

OHIO — Local law enforcement agencies will conduct sobriety checkpoints across Summit County on the night before Thanksgiving, one of the busiest bar nights of the year.

Often referred to as “Blackout Wednesday” or “Drunksgiving,” the evening before the holiday sees a sharp increase in alcohol-related activity.
