INDEPENDENCE, Ohio (WOIO) – The Independence Police Department are searching for a 17-year-old girl who has been missing since Thursday.
I’sis Mona’e Harvey was last seen at 5 a.m. at Extended Stay, 6025 Jefferson Dr., Independence on Nov. 20.
Officers describe Harvey as 5-feet-3-inches, weighing 113 pounds and has three tattoos on her neck.
She was also last seen in a pink hat and blue jeans…
