2 suspects indicted in alleged road rage shooting in Summit County

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — Two suspects who were allegedly involved in a road rage incident that began in Akron and continued into Cuyahoga Falls have been indicted in Summit County.

According to Summit County Common Pleas Court records filed on Dec. 2, 22-year-old Kamar Marshal Parham of Akron and 22-year-old Lashay Nicole Marie Jackson of Canton were indicted on the following charges:

Parham:

  • Three counts of felonious assault (each with a 3-year firearm specification)
  • One count of tampering with evidence

Jackson:

  • Three counts of felonious assault (each with a three-year firearm specification)

Parham and Jackson previously surrendered to the U.S. Marshals Service in Akron on Nov. 17. Both suspects were transferred to the custody of the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department and taken to the Summit County Jail.
