Man, 89, gets probation in hit-and-run that injured mother, toddler outside Marc’s in Parma

CLEVELAND (WJW) — An 89-year-old Parma man indicted earlier this year in a hit-and-run crash that sent a mother and her 2-year-old son to the hospital won’t face incarceration, but will lose his license for six years.

George Balasko, 89, of Parma, was indicted in April on six felony counts, including charges of aggravated vehicular assault and failure to stop after an accident.
