A second man has admitted using shotguns to rob a another man outside a Kent apartment building in May.
Jeffrey Tyler Dolan, 19, pleaded guilty Dec. 10 in Portage County Common Pleas Court to second-degree felony robbery. The charge includes a specification requiring the forfeiture of a single-shot, 20-gauge shotgun.
Sentencing is pending completion of a presentencing investigation and report by the court’s adult probation office. Dolan faces a maximum sentence of 12 years in prison, according to court records…
