DOWNTOWN AKRON — Amazon is branching out in Akron with plans to construct a warehouse and distribution center in Kenmore.
During the Dec. 8 Akron City Council meeting, Council approved a conditional-use permit to construct the approximately 387,000 square-foot-facility at 2322 Manchester Road. Council member Fran Wilson (D-Ward 1) cast the only vote against the project.
