BEREA, Ohio – The Haslam Sports Group has transferred the land for its planned $2.4 billion indoor stadium to the city of Brook Park in an incremental step toward setting up a community authority to own the facility and tax incentives for the project.
County records show the transfer of the 177.7 acres was completed Thursday.
