GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – A 15-year-old shoplifting suspect led officers on a chase through a Garfield Heights neighborhood, police said, and the pursuit was caught on body camera.
The bodycam footage starts at 10:46 a.m. on Dec. 14 with the Garfield Heights police officer getting out of his cruiser.
