CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – One of two men accused of a deadly shooting outside Angie’s Soul Café in June, was scheduled to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday; however, it was continued due to Zoom issues.
Dominick Newby, 20, will now return to court on Wednesday.
