CANTON, Ohio (WOIO) – Jail records show a Massillon man is charged and locked up in connection with a hit-skip crash that killed a pedestrian.
Miguel Flowers, 55, was booked Tuesday into the Stark County Jail.
Record show he is charged with vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, and leaving the scene of a deadly accident.
