CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Strongsville man accused of trying to kidnap a teenager waiting for the school bus, has been found incompetent to stand trial at this time.
Dominic Anthony Sacco, 27, was indicted on a felony count of abduction and a felony count of attempted abduction.
Sacco will now be admitted to Northcoast Behavioral Health care for treatment to see if he can be restored to competency.
