LOUISVILLE ‒ The fire at the former ATI manufacturing plant was “completely extinguished” by 7 p.m. Dec. 19, the city of Louisville said.
The heavy black smoke that was seen hours earlier was caused by plastic material burning in the building, the city said in a statement on Facebook.
