STARK COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – The Stark County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in finding a 15-year-old girl.
E’laela Torres, was last seen around 4 p.m. on Tuesday near the 2600 block of Dutch Circle NE in Plain Township.
Police describe her as 5-foot-3-inches with brown hair and green eyes, weighing around 120 pounds.
