Fairlawn awarded $21M federal grant for major traffic safety upgrades

The city of Fairlawn has plenty of reasons for holiday cheer after being awarded a $21 million federal grant to fund major traffic safety improvements.

According to a release, Fairlawn was the only city in Ohio selected for an implementation grant under the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets and Roads for All program.
