AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – A 38-year-old man accused of brutally murdering an Akron mother and shooting her son, was indicted by the Summit County Grand Jury.
Gregory Tillman was indicted on the charges of felonious assault, attempted murder, murder, and having weapons while under disability.
Akron police said Tillman killed Rebecca Lee Guthrie, 44, on Nov. 28.
