Masked men rob Akron postal worker at gunpoint

AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – The Akron Police Department is investigating after a postal worker was robbed at gunpoint.

It happened on Monday around 2:30 p.m. in the 200 block of West Long Street.

Police said a USPS employee was delivering mail in the area when they were approached by three men in masks and hoodies.

According to police, one of the suspects pointed a gun at the victim.
