CANTON, Ohio (WJW) – A cat that took up residence in the parking lot of the Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) is marking a new chapter.
The cat was abandoned in the parking lot of the airport several months ago, according to airport officials.

Workers named him “CAK” and began caring for him, “took turns watching over him, feeding him and protecting him from traffic,” reads a social media post from the airport.
