CLEVELAND (WJW) — Someone in Northeast Ohio is ending 2025 with some extra cash.

According to the Ohio Lottery, a Powerball ticket sold in Fairlawn matched four out of the five white balls, plus the Power Ball in the Dec. 27 drawing. The $50,000 prize was doubled to $100,000 with the addition of the 2x Power Play.
The ticket was purchased at the Fairlawn Foodmart at 3110 Market St. in Fairlawn, the Ohio Lottery wrote in a press release.
