MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A wanted Lakewood man, 32, and a wanted 30-year-old Lorain woman carrying narcotics were arrested at about noon Dec. 19 on Bagley Road near Interstate 71.
The man and woman were passengers in a Subaru Forester traveling on westbound Bagley. The sport-utility vehicle had just exited I-71 southbound.
