A commercial property housing a Starbucks along Lincoln Way E in Massillon has sold for $3 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Mallview Plaza Co. Ltd. of Westlake bought the property at 2419 Lincoln Way E from Kettle Creek Capital.
The real estate transfers cover Dec. 6 through Dec. 12.
