BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) — The family of a Seven Hills man who died after spending a year at a local nursing home has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the facility.
Family members claim their father had a highly infectious disease for a year that staff didn’t treat.
