NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio – A proposal to extend Kimrose Lane, a dead-end street just east of State Road, and build several luxury homes has been given preliminary approval by the Planning Commission.
Nicholas Gorey, who lives on Kimrose, has increased the number of homes in the proposed subdivision from 10 to 11. He said that even with one more home, the development would decrease flooding in the area.
